Summary- Finally after 20 years, Odysseus has returned home to Ithaca. He disguises himself as a beggar. Penelope doesn't think its Odysseus. His dog, finally after being in contact with his owner, dies. Penelope's way to see who is Odysseus, makes them string his bow. All failed, but Odysseus prevailed. He then kills all of the suitors. Penelope still isn't sure if it really is him. She mentions the bed he made. He's furious at what she says and finally convinces that it is the love of her life. The two are finally reunited.
